This or That, Eastern Europe
Siem travelled by train for 3 months. Where the tracks stopped she continued with a bus instead. Usually she had no idea where she’d go next - flipping a coin helped sometimes. Siem visited some friends and their families, most thankful for the touching warmth with which she was welcomed into their homes and lives. She returned at the end of the year with bag full of pictures and stories. It resulted in an exhibition on making choices.
